looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller / Receptionist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with service inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide information about company services and offers.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service bookings.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional manner.
- Perform basic administrative and reception duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred.
- Candidate must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
