- Ensure stability performance and scalability of IAM platforms and integrations across the enterprise
- Configure customize and enhance IAM platforms SailPoint OIM Entra ID
- Manage integrations and connectors with HR systems Active Directory and applications
- Troubleshoot platform level issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support IAM platform upgrades patches and releases
- Maintain role models entitlement structures and identity lifecycle workflows
- Support operational teams during incidents and major changes
- Deep hands on expertise in IAM tools and platforms
- Strong knowledge of LDAP SCIM REST APIs
- Experience with SQL and identity data analysis
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle architectures
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues end to end
