Job Description
We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our software company. The role involves client visits, lead generation, business development, and promoting software solutions to potential customers. Candidates should be comfortable with travelling and direct client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits
- Meet clients and present software solutions
- Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
- Submit sales activity reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and management
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales or business development experience
- Ability to travel for client meetings
- Customer relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of software/IT industry preferred
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Sales / Field Sales
