Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily business operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Management
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Client Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Handle queries, provide updates, and ensure timely communication.
3. Process Optimization
- Identify gaps in workflows and suggest improvements.
- Implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce delays.
4. Team Coordination
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Tools & System Management
- Use CRM tools, Google Workspace, and other platforms to manage operations and data.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
6. Issue Resolution & Support
- Address operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
- Take proactive steps to prevent recurring problems.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of operations, communications, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports for management review.
8. Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs and operational performance.
- Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
