Chao, a Calcutta based Indo-Chinese restaurant in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, is hiring wait staff to join our floor team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take orders, and serve food/beverages
- Ensure high standards of guest service and table upkeep
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery
- Handle billing and basic POS operations
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant/hospitality role preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills (English/Malayalam)
- Well-groomed, punctual, and able to work in shifts
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings
