We are Hiring - Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team to support clinical pharmacy services by assisting in safe, effective, and rational use of medications under supervision and for discharge summary verification and IVF followup.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Pharm.D
- Pharmacy license is mandatory
- 0 - 1 year of experience in an accredited hospital
- Internship or hospital exposure preferred
- Software proficiency
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, and dosage calculations
- Professional ethics, integrity, and accountability
- Time management
Responsibilities:
- Medication Safety & Pharmacovigilance
- Follow hospital policies, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and clinical pharmacy records
- Participate in ward rounds and coordinate with clinical teams
- Support audits, drug information services, and quality initiatives
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
