Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with 6+ years of expertise in Salesforce platform development, CPQ implementation, and enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ & Billing, Sales Cloud, Lightning Development, Apex, integrations, and Salesforce architecture best practices.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement scalable Salesforce CPQ & Billing solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, and Partner Portal.
- Build Lightning applications using LWC, Aura, and Lightning Framework.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, SOQL queries, and Platform Events.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce performance issues including Apex CPU limits, SOQL limitations, and governor limits.
- Design and manage Salesforce integrations using APIs, ETL tools, and third-party platforms.
- Perform data migration, data quality management, and security configuration.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture decisions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Support production issues, post-migration reviews, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Create technical documentation, specifications, and solution designs.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick CPQ) and Billing solutions.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM features.
- Extensive experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong experience in Lightning Framework, LWC, and Aura development.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and platform best practices.
- Experience with integrations and ETL tools such as Informatica, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client interactions, presentations, and technical discussions.
Good to Have Skills
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Custom Objects, and advanced customizations.
- Knowledge of Apex Enterprise Patterns and Apex Mocks.
- Experience leading technical teams and reviewing Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
