We are hiring an **HR Executive** for our Lucknow office to support recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and basic HR operations. We are looking for a **professional, well-groomed, and confident communicator** who can handle day-to-day hiring coordination and support internal HR processes efficiently.
->Key Responsibilities
- Handle candidate calling, follow-ups, and interview coordination
- Assist in recruitment activities including screening and scheduling interviews
- Maintain candidate records and hiring updates
- Coordinate with internal team members for interview and joining processes
- Support basic HR and office coordination work as required
- Help ensure smooth communication between candidates and management
->Requirements
- Minimum **6–12 months of experience** in HR / recruitment / coordination-related work
- Candidate should be **professional, well-groomed, and confident in communication**
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets / office work
- Must be comfortable working **from office in Lucknow**

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
