What we expect
- Develop and execute regional strategies to grow the elevators & escalators modernization portfolio, aiming for specific revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for upgrading both company-installed and other OEMs' elevators & escalators.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance and productivity.
- Set sales goals, establish quotas, and develop annual budgets for the south region and branch.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and utilize market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present budgets forecasts and regular sales reports to senior management.
- Create and deliver training programs to sales teams on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and effectively resolve any customer issues or complaints.
- Build relationships with key owners, consultants, and developers to secure high-value modernization contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to propose customized solutions, present modernization packages, and prepare technical sales quotations.
Who we are looking for
- Diploma /B.Tech. (Electrical /Mechanical).
- Experience 15+ years.
Strong technical understanding of elevators and escalators, including systems, components, and operational requirements.
In‑depth knowledge of commercial contracts, terms, and compliance requirements within the Indian market.
Comprehensive understanding of the local market landscape, competitive environment, relevant codes and regulations, product portfolios, industry best practices, and construction culture.
