Job Description
George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Accounts Manager / Accounts Manager to handle the company's accounting and finance functions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, preferably with experience in the automobile industry or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow, and payment processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government departments.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and ledger accounts.
- Support inventory and dealership accounting activities.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Ensure accurate records and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com/CA/CMA/MBA (Finance).
- 13–20 years of experience in the automobile industry or related industries.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
