We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Bath & Care brand. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in paid advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through performance marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and improve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation for better campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Ensure proper setup of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution models.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and influencers for high-performing creatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website landing pages and user journeys to improve conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience in D2C, beauty, skincare, or personal care brands will be preferred.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
