Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Hiring Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and set compensation packages.
- Consultation & Process Improvement: Advise clients on market trends, recruitment strategies, and improve hiring efficiency.
- Candidate Management: Manage communication throughout the hiring cycle and facilitate the onboarding process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an HR recruiter, consultant, or in talent acquisition.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage passive candidates and stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and work with diverse hiring teams
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
