About the Role
Anand Builders & House of Gu.Ban is seeking an experienced Back of the House (BOH) Consultant to collaborate on upcoming luxury hospitality projects.
We are looking for professionals who have extensive experience in planning, designing, and optimizing hotel operational areas, ensuring maximum efficiency, functionality, safety, and compliance with international hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop efficient BOH layouts for luxury hotels and hospitality developments.
- Plan operational spaces including:
- Staff Facilities
- Service Corridors
- Loading & Unloading Areas
- Housekeeping Department
- Laundry Operations
- Linen & Uniform Rooms
- Engineering & Maintenance Areas
- Receiving & Storage Areas
- Waste Management Areas
- Staff Cafeteria & Lockers
- Administration & Support Services
- Coordinate with Architects, Interior Designers, Kitchen Consultants, MEP, HVAC, and Project Teams.
- Ensure smooth circulation of staff, guests, materials, and services.
- Review operational workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Prepare BOH planning drawings, operational layouts, and technical recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality industry best practices and international operational standards.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and site reviews whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Hotel Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of consultancy experience in luxury hospitality projects.
- Proven experience in planning BOH facilities for 5-Star Hotels, Resorts, Luxury Hospitality, Mixed-Use Developments, or Premium Commercial Projects.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, service flow, housekeeping requirements, engineering coordination, and operational planning.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Preferred
- Independent Consultants or Consulting Firms are welcome.
- Experience working with internationally recognized hospitality brands.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
