Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Promote Life Insurance products through bank branches
- Generate leads from bank customer base
- Meet customers and explain suitable insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank staff
- Support branch staff in cross-selling insurance products
- Attend sales meetings and performance reviews
- Handle field sales activities in nearby branch locations

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, BFSI, Telecom, Automobile, Loan, Credit Card, or other sales backgrounds can apply
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
- Relationship management skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of financial products preferred
