Job Description:
Crystal Care Systems is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage service operations for Blue Star products. The CRO will coordinate between customers and service technicians, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and register customer service requests for Blue Star products.
- Contact customers to confirm service details such as location, issue, and preferred time.
- Assign service calls to technicians based on location and availability.
- Monitor technician progress and ensure timely completion of service jobs.
- Maintain records of service calls, technician assignments, and job status in the service management system.
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the service manager when required.
- Coordinate with technicians and spare parts teams for smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree / Plus Two.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate with field technicians and manage multiple service calls.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or service coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM or service management software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
