Executive – Technical Support (Teaching Assistant)
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Duration: 3 Years
Shift: 2nd Shift / Night Shift
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Technical Support (Teaching Assistant) to support our virtual learning programs across EMESA, NAMR, and APAC regions. The ideal candidate will provide technical, instructional, and administrative support to ensure a seamless learning experience for learners and instructors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user enrollments, activations, learner communications, and course access.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot courses on learning platforms.
- Provide technical support during live virtual classroom sessions.
- Monitor learner engagement and respond to queries through chat, forums, and other platforms.
- Assist in organizing breakout rooms and interactive learning activities.
- Prepare, upload, and maintain course materials, assignments, and recorded sessions.
- Track attendance, participation, and learner progress.
- Generate reports and analytics from learning platforms.
- Provide support for LMS platforms, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and related technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in technical support, LMS administration, educational support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to support global time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting online learning environments and virtual classrooms.
- Familiarity with NovoEd, Okta, or similar platforms.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Teaching, tutoring, or instructional support experience is an advantage.
