Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Curriculum Developer based in Chennai. The Curriculum Developer will create and design effective learning materials, establish comprehensive instructional strategies, and conduct thorough research to adapt content for different audiences. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with subject matter experts, drafting course material, developing instructional frameworks, and assessing the efficacy of educational programs to ensure alignment with learning objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
- Strong Writing abilities and effective Communication skills
- Proficiency in Research and ability to integrate findings into curriculum plans
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in educational technology or online course development is a plus
- B.Ed / B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Des — STEM, Education, or related field
- 0 to 2 years experience — freshers with a passion for education welcome
Your Day-to-Day
- Write product guides, manuals, and how to content for our robotics kits
- Break down complex technical concepts into language kids and parents actually understand
- Create content for our website, social, email, and packaging
- Work closely with engineers to understand products before writing about them
- Build a content library that grows with our product line
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
