Qualifications & Skills
- Postgraduate in Chemistry with B.Ed. qualification
- Strong command of English language (written and spoken)
- Excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry
- Experience in higher secondary teaching preferred
- Proven experience in creative and activity-based teaching methods
- Ability to use technology effectively in classroom teaching
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching and student-centered learning
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry effectively for higher secondary classes
- Prepare and deliver engaging, concept-based lesson plans
- Conduct laboratory activities and practical sessions
- Assess student performance and provide academic guidance
- Maintain classroom discipline and academic standards
