Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-driven HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end
HR operations at scale (2000+ employees) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
This role demands strong ownership across payroll, compliance, employee lifecycle
management, HR systems, and admin operations, along with the ability to lead a team of 10–20
HR professionals.
You will work closely with the Founder’s Office, driving process excellence, scalability, and
operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Leadership
● Own end-to-end HR operations for 2000+ employees
● Lead, manage, and scale a team of 10–20 HR team members
● Build and streamline processes for onboarding, lifecycle, and exits
● Drive automation, efficiency, and SOP-based execution
Payroll & Compensation
● Manage end-to-end payroll processing (large-scale, multi-entity)
● Ensure accurate salary calculation, incentives, deductions, and disbursement
● Oversee leave management, attendance inputs, and payroll validations
● Handle F&F settlements, arrears, and salary revisions
Compliance & Governance
● Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.)
● Oversee BGV processes and POSH compliance
● Maintain audit-ready records and documentation
● Coordinate with auditors and external consultants
Employee Lifecycle & Documentation
● Manage bulk onboarding and structured induction processes
● Oversee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits
● Ensure timely and accurate generation of HR letters (offer, increment, exit, etc.)
● Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS
HR Policy & Process
● Formulate, implement, and enforce HR policies
● Ensure adherence across teams and locations
● Standardize HR workflows, templates, and documentation
HRMS & Systems
● Manage HRMS tools (Keka preferred) and ensure data accuracy
● Work with ATS platforms for recruitment coordination
● Drive digitization and automation across HR processes
Admin & Infrastructure
● Oversee asset management (laptops, headphones, SIMs, internet, Tata-Tele,
LeadSquared etc.)
● Manage office infrastructure, seating, and new floor setups
● Ensure smooth day-to-day admin and housekeeping operations
MIS & Reporting
● Track HR metrics (headcount, attrition, payroll, compliance)
● Create dashboards and reports for leadership
● Drive data-backed decision-making
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
● Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
● 5–10 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Compliance
● Experience managing HR operations for 1000+ employees
● Strong payroll and statutory compliance expertise
● Proven experience managing teams (10+ members)
Technical Skills
● Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
● HRMS tools (Keka preferred)
● ATS familiarity
● Strong documentation and process orientation
