Job Description:-
· Deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions.
· Troubleshoot endpoint and security product issues.
· Support incident investigations.
· Assist with upgrades and patching activities.
· Develop basic automation scripts.
· Prepare deployment and troubleshooting documentation.
Coordinate with OEM support teams for issue resolution
Deployment Skills / Knowledge
· Security product installation and configuration
· Agent deployment and troubleshooting
