Coordinate and manage the end-to-end production process of merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to source materials, negotiate pricing, and maintain inventory levels.
Monitor production schedules, track orders, and address any potential issues or delays to ensure smooth production flow.
Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity and meet customer expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and regulatory requirements to contribute to product development and enhancement initiatives
Candidate are welcome to apply from export house background or retail background which minimum experience 2-5 years
Strategising, developing & implementing on time production and delivery schedules with minimum loss of time and resources
Daily meetings/ briefings with Team members for better productivity and desired targets.
1. Coordinate with stores for online/offline orders and deliveries.
2. Confirm the receipt of the PO, issue production order immediately.
3. Check for all fabric requirements, issue fabrics for dyeing if needed, or put in printing, embroidery process as required.
4. Check the trims, embroidery thread etc requirements, and order all required on receipt of the order.
5. Issue and enter challans on sending and receiving the same from each vendor.
6. Update all production/ shipped goods details daily.
7. Ensuring proper barcodes and invoices ready at the time of shipping.
9. Make and maintain a thorough costing sheet for all styles.
Preference will be given to candidate who reside in Gurugram or near by vicinity
