- Supervise and allocate daily housekeeping duties to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor the cleanliness of offices, common areas, washrooms, corridors, parking areas and other facility premises.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules and manpower allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Ensure proper usage and availability of cleaning materials, equipment and consumables.
- Maintain records of housekeeping materials, stock and consumption.
- Coordinate with the Admin/Facility team for maintenance-related housekeeping requirements.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety and workplace discipline.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Identify housekeeping deficiencies and take immediate corrective action.
- Handle complaints related to cleanliness and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate housekeeping activities during meetings, events and special occasions.
- Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal practices.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, inspection reports and other required records.
- Coordinate with external housekeeping agencies/vendors, if applicable.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene and facility management standards.
- Report manpower shortages, material requirements and operational issues to the reporting manager.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Certification in Housekeeping, Hospitality or Facility Management will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, facility management, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, commercial buildings or large corporate facilities.
- Experience in handling a sizeable housekeeping team will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
