Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development & Partnership Manager who can help MageBytes grow by building strong client relationships, generating leads, managing partnerships, and improving conversion rates.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with IT service companies, digital agencies, or eCommerce solution providers.
Key Responsibilities
→ Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and partnerships
→ Build long-term client relationships with companies and potential clients
→ Manage client communication and consistent follow-ups
→ Coordinate proposals, estimations, and project discussions
→ Handle Upwork / Freelancer / business portal communication
→ Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities
→ Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates
→ Work closely with technical and delivery teams
→ Improve lead conversion rate and client retention
→ Represent MageBytes professionally in meetings and client discussions
Required Skills
→ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
→ Experience in IT services / eCommerce / software sales
→ Understanding of Magento, Shopify, ERP, or web development services (preferred)
→ Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
→ Strong proposal writing and client coordination experience
→ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
→ Basic understanding of project workflows and delivery processes
→ Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations/projects
Preferred Experience
→ 2–5 years experience in Business Development or IT Sales
→ Experience working with digital agencies or software companies
→ Familiarity with CRM tools and project management tools
→ Experience handling international clients (preferred)
