We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of masterbatch products. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Paint, Plastic & Chemical industries
- Promote and sell colour and filler masterbatch products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers & develop new customers.
- Understand customer production processes and recommend suitable masterbatch solutions.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and technical requirements.
- Travel PAN India basis for client meetings and trade shows.
3. Market Development
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to increase market share in the assigned region.
4. Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams to provide customized colour matching and product solutions.
- Support customers during product trials and new product developments.a.
5. Sales Reporting
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Technology / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- Diploma or certification in plastics technology is an advantage.
Experience
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the masterbatch, plastic raw materials, polymer additives, or plastic processing industry.
