We're growing our compliance team and looking for a Compliance Research Associate to help keep our platform accurate, up to date, and useful to clients.
You'll work alongside our compliance specialists — researching regulations, auditing product data, and making sure the information we hold reflects current requirements. This is a research-heavy, detail-oriented role.
What you'll do:
- Review client-submitted products against EU/UK regulations (GPSR, CE/UKCA, electronics directives, toy safety, and others)
- Track regulatory updates — new standards, amended directives, enforcement notices — and turn them into actionable updates for the team
- Spot gaps or inaccuracies in product compliance data and flag them
- Help build and maintain internal compliance reference materials and databases
- Support compliance specialists on client queries and assessments
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, law and business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills — able to work through dense documents and extract what matters
- Clear written and spoken English
- Methodical, detail-oriented — you notice things others miss
- Able to spot patterns across documents, standards, and product data
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own research
- Curious and willing to learn about EU/UK product compliance
What we offer:
- Real impact — your work directly improves the compliance intelligence behind a live SaaS product used by businesses across Europe
- Full training provided — no prior compliance knowledge needed
- Close collaboration with experienced compliance specialists
- A focused environment where quality of output matters
- A path to grow into a specialist compliance role as the team expands
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
