Job description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be working with key stakeholders on generating sales leads, discovering & pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating & closing deals and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirement and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on proposed service solutions
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate and close deals
- Handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Minimum qualifications:
- Education in any professional marketing field or equivalent amount of experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other Sales CRM tools
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in IT consulting
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Consultations
- Knowledge of Digital marketing techniques and process
- Worked on automation, building process & systems at work
- Hands-on experience with modern digital tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
