Export Documentation & Inventory Costing Executive (ICS Software)
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (Based on interview and experience)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export Documentation & Inventory Costing Executive for our leather goods export company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation, inventory costing, and must be familiar with the ICS (Inventory Cost System) software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL/AWB, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, banks, and buyers for export shipments.
Maintain inventory records for leather, fittings, and finished goods using the ICS (Inventory Cost System).
Monitor stock movement and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Prepare product costing, material consumption, and inventory costing.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and accounts teams.
Ensure compliance with export documentation and international trade requirements.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in export documentation, preferably in the leather goods industry.
Good knowledge of export procedures and documentation.
Hands-on experience with ICS (Inventory Cost System) software is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience in leather goods or leather accessories exports.
Knowledge of inventory costing, material consumption, and production costing.
