Key Responsibilities
- Policy Servicing & Documentation
- Handle issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations of insurance policies.
- Verify proposal forms, KYC documents, and loan/insurance details for accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of policies, claims, and endorsements.
- Coordination with Insurers
- Liaise with insurance companies for underwriting, quotations, and policy issuance.
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Support inter-departmental communication for smooth workflows.
- Customer & Internal Support
- Assist clients with queries, claims, and post-sales servicing.
- Coordinate with sales/accounts teams for operational support.
- Provide MIS (Management Information System) reports and operational tracking.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Generate invoices, track payments, and reconcile insurer statements.
- Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports for operational efficiency.
Skills Required
- Insurance Knowledge: General insurance products (fire, burglary, marine, health, motor, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Tally, and insurance software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, documentation ability, communication skills (English & local language), and coordination/follow-up skills.
- Other - BQP Qaualifed from NIA Pune
Pay: ₹10,798.70 - ₹20,000.00 per month
