Job Title: Relationship Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Executive to manage and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
- Meet sales and revenue targets set by the organization.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
