About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Lead with 8–10 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects. The candidate should be a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with strong expertise in executing commercial interior projects from planning to successful handover. The ideal candidate should have excellent project management, client coordination, technical, and leadership skills while ensuring quality, safety, cost, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of Interior Fit-Out projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully hand over projects within the approved timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Manage Interior Fit-Out activities including:
- Modular Furniture
- False Ceiling
- Flooring
- Partitions
- Painting
- Joinery
- Glass & Aluminium Works
- Furniture Installation
- Soft Furnishing
- Interior Finishing Works
- Coordinate Mechanical services including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, and MEP activities.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and identify design or execution issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory standards.
- Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and monitor project progress.
- Manage project billing, cost control, variation orders, and commercial aspects.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials, equipment, and vendors.
- Manage subcontractors, monitor work quality, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare MIS, DPR, WPR, and Monthly Progress Reports.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and site execution issues.
- Coordinate snag list closure, testing & commissioning, final documentation, and project handover.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out execution.
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Office Fit-Out projects.
- Good understanding of HVAC, MEP, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Mechanical services.
- Experience in Interior Design coordination and execution.
- Project Planning & Scheduling.
- Budgeting & Cost Control.

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- Additional certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-Out Projects.
- Experience in Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Commercial Buildings, Retail, Hotels, Hospitals, or Similar Interior Projects.
- Proven experience in independently leading multiple Interior Fit-Out projects from execution to handover.
- Experience in client-facing roles and multidisciplinary project teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.E. Mechanical Engineer.
- Strong experience in Interior Fit-Out execution.
- Excellent knowledge of Interior Design coordination.
- Good understanding of MEP & HVAC coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Willing to travel and relocate based on project requirements.
- Immediate or early joiners preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
