Profile: Sr. HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer roll-out).

Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and agencies.
-
Track hiring metrics (TAT, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).

Ensure smooth interview coordination and candidate experience.
2. Onboarding & HR Operations
-
Manage complete onboarding process including documentation and induction.
-
Ensure smooth employee joining experience and system access coordination.
-
Maintain employee records and HRIS updates.
-
Drive probation review and confirmation processes.
3. Vendor Management
-
Identify and manage recruitment vendors / staffing partners.
-
Negotiate commercials and manage contracts/SLAs.
-
Monitor vendor performance and ensure quality hiring delivery.
-
Coordinate invoice processing and vendor documentation.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
-
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
-
Conduct employee feedback surveys and action planning.
-
Support performance management and employee development programs.
-
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive work culture.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proven experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Exposure to vendor coordination and negotiation.

Good understanding of HR policies and compliance.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
