Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage domestic & international tour packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Manage bookings, travel documentation, and operational support.
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members and support daily tour operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in the travel & tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
