Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Manager with 10–15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and organizational quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Expertise in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 (preferred), and quality audit processes
Hands-on experience with CMM,APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and Control Plans
Proficiency in 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and other root cause analysis techniques
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools
Experience with ERP/SAP is an added advantage
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
