Vylla.in is India's next-generation real estate marketplace connecting buyers, sellers, builders, developers, brokers, and channel partners on one platform.
We are looking for energetic individuals who enjoy talking to people and helping businesses grow online.
Responsibilities
- Contact real estate agents across India.
- Contact builders and developers.
- Explain the benefits of listing on Vylla.in.
- Help them create their account.
- Assist in uploading their property listings.
- Follow up until profiles are complete.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet daily and monthly onboarding targets.
- Report progress using CRM or Google Sheets.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Hindi and English required.
- Any regional language is a bonus.
- Comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or customer support experience preferred.
- Freshers with confidence are welcome.
Compensation
Choose one of the following models:
- Fixed salary + incentives
- Commission per successful onboarding
- Hybrid model (small fixed salary + high incentives)
Incentives
- ₹100–₹300 per verified agent onboarded
- ₹500–₹2,000 per builder onboarded
- Monthly performance bonus
- Growth into Team Leader based on performance
