Job Title :Territory Sales Incharge
Salary : Up to ₹25,000 per month
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a Dairy or Food Processing company.
- Hands-on experience in Institutional Sales or the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés) segment is mandatory.
- Experience in handling Modern Trade accounts will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales in the Modern Trade and Institutional/HoReCa segments within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, institutions, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and retail chains.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure timely order collection, product availability, and smooth coordination with distributors and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide sales and market feedback to the management.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of the Modern Trade, Institutional Sales, and HoReCa channels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
