Sales Executive
We are a fast-growing technology startup specializing in IoT, embedded systems, AI, and drone technologies. Our mission is to develop innovative products that solve real-world industrial challenges. As we continue to expand our customer base across India and international markets, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with our engineering and management teams to understand customer requirements and deliver the right technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, government, and enterprise sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, online platforms, and industry events.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their technical and business requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the technical team.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution after order confirmation.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide value-based solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in technical sales, industrial sales, electronics, IoT, embedded systems, drones, automation, or related technology products is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for technology are also encouraged to apply.
