Key ResponsibilitiesParent & Visitor Management
- Welcome and assist parents, guardians, and visitors visiting the center.
- Address parent queries regarding programs, admissions, fees, schedules, and daycare services.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach at all times.
- Coordinate visitor registrations and maintain visitor records.
Admissions Support
- Attend and respond to admission inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media leads.
- Schedule school tours and admission counseling appointments.
- Conduct basic admission counseling using approved scripts and information.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain inquiry records.
- Support the admissions process by collecting and organizing required documents.
Front Desk Operations
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member when required.
- Maintain student, parent, and inquiry records accurately.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas remain organized and presentable.
- Coordinate courier deliveries, documents, and administrative correspondence.
Parent Communication
- Share routine information, notices, event details, and announcements with parents.
- Assist parents with forms, documentation, and fee-related guidance.
- Escalate concerns or complaints to the Center Director/Principal when required.
Administrative Support
- Maintain daily inquiry and walk-in registers.
- Support event registrations and parent engagement activities.
- Assist with attendance records, filing, and basic administrative tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, admissions, hospitality, or front-office operations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and email.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.

- Timely response to all parent and admission inquiries.
- Number of admission inquiries converted into school visits.
- Accuracy of inquiry and admission records.
- Parent satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Professional upkeep of reception and visitor experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
