We are currently looking for passionate and experienced Mathematics Teachers to teach Class 10 State Board students during weekend academic programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to Class 10 students following the Karnataka State Board syllabus.
- Visit assigned schools on Saturdays and Sundays to conduct classroom sessions.
- Deliver engaging, concept-oriented lessons that simplify complex mathematical topics.
- Prepare students for SSLC Board Examinations with a focus on scoring high marks.
- Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct regular practice sessions, doubt-clearing classes, and revision activities.
- Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and classroom interactions.
- Identify weak areas and provide individual guidance where necessary.
- Coordinate with the academy regarding student performance and curriculum progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics to Class 10 State Board students.
- Excellent understanding of the Karnataka State Syllabus.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passionate about mentoring students and improving academic outcomes.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in SSLC Board Exam preparation.
- Ability to teach using practical examples and shortcut techniques.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Student-focused teaching approach.
- Ability to motivate students and improve confidence in Mathematics.
Work Schedule:
- Working Days: Saturdays & Sundays
- Weekend classes conducted at assigned schools.
- Flexible freelance engagement based on the academic calendar.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
