Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations and provide support to students, trainers, and management. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a pleasant, professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front-office operations and student enquiries (in person, phone, and online)
- Manage student registrations, records, and documentation
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate with trainers and students
- Maintain attendance, files, and administrative reports
- Support admissions, fee collection, and basic accounts coordination
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks
- Ensure a smooth and professional learning environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrator or office executive (education sector preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Polite, professional, and student-friendly attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Age: 30-45
Education
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (any discipline)
