Full time B.E./ B.Sc (IT)/ BCA/ MCA/ M.sc (IT)/ other graduates with relevant experience

Experience

• Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology. • Good exposure in managing security products such as WAF, PAM, DAM, DLP, XDR, NAC, SIEM, Deception, Firewall, IPS/IDS etc. • Proficient knowledge of effective problem solving and identifying solutions. • Very good communication skills, documentations skills, presentation skills

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage various aspects of IT Security operations.
Administer the Information Security Management System, including the implementation of IS Policies and IT Procedures.
Possess process knowledge around Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, and Threat Intelligence.
Demonstrate technical proficiency and hands-on experience with various security products, such as IPS/IDS, Proxy, Anti-virus, Load Balancers, WAF, PAM, DAM, DLP, XDR, NAC, Proxy, Deception, Firewalls, etc.
Coordinate with software vendors, internal operations teams, IT-Security, Networking, IT-Datacenter, Software Development, and other stakeholders on operational and strategic security requirements.
Act as the interface between business and technology, providing technical solutions and documenting them.
Handle IT audits, System Audits, Cyber Security frameworks, and IT compliance.
Manage all IT Security operations and infrastructure.
Maintain all IT Security tools and technology.
Monitor compliance with internal and external policies.
Team management, working independently and managing shifts.
Exhibit excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Ensure the organization complies with relevant security standards and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and continuously improve the organization's security posture.
