We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our growing team of 16. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients, developing strategies that drive engagement and growth. You’ll work closely with our existing team including our creative writers, video editors, and designers to ensure every campaign is on-brand, performance-focused, and seamlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to individual client goals, ensuring alignment with their overall marketing objectives.
- Content Excellence: Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle, from ideation and briefing to scheduling and publication. Ensure all content (text, image, and video) adheres to our "V1-V3" internal revision workflow.
- Performance Tracking: Manage and monitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion) using our agency tracking systems. Provide regular, data-backed reports to clients with actionable insights.
- Community & Brand Voice: Manage day-to-day interactions across social channels, maintaining a consistent brand voice for diverse clients—from medical professionals to e-commerce brands.
- Trend Leveraging: Stay ahead of digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to keep our clients’ content fresh and competitive.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with our internal team (designers, video editors, and SEO specialists) to ensure cross-channel consistency and high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to build and execute social media strategies that result in measurable business growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of social media management tools (scheduling, analytics, and listening tools) and familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Communication: Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands (including proficiency in regional language blends where required).
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing metrics and using that data to optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Management: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with a sharp eye for detail and adherence to deadlines
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,663.07 per month
