About the Role
We're looking for a University Recruiting and Operations Specialist to join our Global University Recruiting team on a 1-year contract, based in Bangalore - India.
This high-impact, high-ownership role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing recruiting, coordination, stakeholder management, campus engagement, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. From planning campus engagement to managing the intern lifecycle to building our employer brand, you'll do it all.
What You Will Do
University Recruiting and Operations

Manage end-to-end recruiting coordination activities for university hiring

Support interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and communication

Create and manage positions/job postings in internal systems

Assist with offer rollout, offer tracking, and reporting

Maintain recruiting trackers, dashboards, and operational reports

Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, HR, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution
Campus Engagement & Event Execution

Coordinate with colleges and university stakeholders from across different tiers (Tier-1/2/3) and types (Business/Engineering/Design Schools) for campus activities

Plan and execute on-campus/virtual recruiting events and engagements

Manage logistics and on-ground coordination during campus events

Ensure smooth candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the process
Internship Program Lifecycle Management

Support and drive intern onboarding in collaboration with People Ops team

Coordinate feedback collection and performance management processes for interns

Track intern performance feedback cycles and support conversion processes

Organize and manage engagement sessions for interns

Maintain calendars and communication plans for internship programs

Conduct pulse checks and gather feedback from interns to ensure positive experience

Track intern engagement, acceptance rates, and conversion metrics
Employer Branding

Take up employer branding initiatives and activities in the campus community and beyond

Support creation of short-form content, videos, and social media posts
Other Responsibilities

Support TA initiatives and activities that come up from time to time such as platform maintenance, migrations etc

Drive operational excellence and process improvements across TA programs and initiatives that are taken up
What We Are Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in full cycle University Recruiting/Emerging Talent Recruiting with exposure to TA Operations

Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, colleges of different tiers and types

Exposure to recruiting systems, tracking tools and reporting processes including working knowledge of spreadsheets, documents and presentations

Capacity to own and execute processes/programs with minimal hand-holding

Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with extreme ownership

Strong operational and organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Interest in AI-driven recruiting and talent technology with hands-on experience in using AI tools for day-to-day work

Understanding of SaaS industry with prior experience in a high-growth technology setup is a plus
