Senior English Teacher (CBSE – Grades IX & X)
Location: Akshara Vaagdevi International School, Secunderabad
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior English Teacher to teach Grades IX & X in our CBSE curriculum.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools.
- Experience in Cambridge (CAIE) curriculum is mandatory.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare students for CBSE Board examinations.
- Experience in lesson planning, assessments, and competency-based learning.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
- B.Ed. in English Mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Grades IX & X as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons.
- Prepare question papers, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in school activities, parent meetings, and academic planning.
