Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff Team members to support daily kitchen operations. You’ll play a key role in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, portioning ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support chefs and cooks during service hours
- Ensure proper storage of food items (FIFO method)
- Help with dishwashing and waste management
- Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours

Requirements
- No formal experience required (training can be provided), but prior kitchen experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to stand for long hours and handle kitchen equipment safely
