Advanced Mathematical & Optimization Modelling

Develop and implement stochastic programming models and scenario-based optimization frameworks.
Design and solve linear programming (LP), mixed-integer programming (MIP), and network optimization models.
Build and apply:
- Multi-Criteria Decision Models
- Decision Analysis frameworks
- Game Theory models
- Facility Location models
- Multi-echelon Inventory models
- Inventory optimization models (EOQ, probabilistic models)
Lead optimization & simulation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Design robust scenario modeling frameworks for uncertainty management.

Forecasting & Statistical Modeling

Develop advanced time series forecasting models.
Build and validate regression models (linear, nonlinear, regularized).
Apply statistical inference techniques to guide strategic decisions.
Perform large-scale Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights and patterns.

Machine Learning & AI

Develop and deploy deep learning algorithms.
Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build intelligent systems using Agentic AI frameworks such as:
- LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, CrewAI
Architect autonomous workflows leveraging AI agents for optimization, automation, and decision support.

Technical Leadership

Translate complex business problems into mathematical and AI-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

Education

Experience

10+ years of experience in data science, optimization, or advanced analytics roles.
Proven hands-on experience in:
- Stochastic Programming
- Scenario Modeling
- Linear & Mixed-Integer Programming
- Network Optimization
- Inventory & Supply Chain Modeling
- Facility Location Modeling
- Simulation & Optimization techniques
Strong experience with Time Series and Regression Models.
Experience building and deploying Deep Learning solutions.
Practical experience working with Large Language Models and agentic AI frameworks.
