We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–6 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably with exposure to international business, freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, EXIM, or export-import operations.
The role will be responsible for managing international accounting, taxation, financial transactions, compliance, reporting, and financial operations while supporting global business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions for domestic and international business operations.
- Handle GST on international transactions, export GST, LUT, refunds, and related compliance.
- Manage foreign currency transactions, international payments, dollar payments, and overseas vendor payments.
- Handle payments and reconciliations related to shipping lines, overseas agents, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Support EXIM-related accounting and financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Support internal and statutory audits.
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate financial controls and reporting.
- Apply knowledge of Incoterms and international trade transactions where relevant.
Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
- 3–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in international accounting, international taxation, foreign currency transactions, or EXIM will be preferred.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, EXIM, International Trade, or Export-Import operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Export GST, and taxation related to international transactions.
- Good understanding of foreign exchange transactions and international payments.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Strong skills in financial management, audit, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
