We’re Hiring – Regional Senior Sales Manager (IT / Software Sales)
We are looking for an experienced Regional Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Auto Vision Digital Automation.
The person should have good experience in IT/software sales and, more importantly, should be able to understand a client’s business requirement, explain the right solution, give a proper product demo, and take the conversation towards closure.
Our work mainly includes custom software and business automation solutions such as ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, lead management, inventory & order management, tender management, workflow automation, websites, web applications and other customized software solutions for businesses.
What we expect:
- Good experience in IT / software sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of technical products and software
- Ability to speak with business owners and decision makers
- Ability to understand business processes and suggest suitable solutions
- Experience in handling leads, demos, proposals, follow-ups and closing
- Someone who is confident in selling solutions, not just making calls
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of sales and help us build strong, long-term client relationships.
Experience: 5-10 Years IT / Software Sales preferred
