We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy, and highly organized professional to manage our e-commerce order operations. This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and ensuring every customer order is dispatched accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without compromising accuracy. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end e-commerce order processing and dispatch operations. * Monitor daily order flow and ensure error-free and on-time dispatches. * Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and courier partners. * Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Analyze operational data and identify areas for improvement. * Create and improve Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards. * Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving operational efficiency. * Monitor websites, order management systems, and operational software. * Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed consistently. * Coordinate with team members to achieve operational targets. * Motivate the team to maintain productivity and accuracy. * Take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved completely. * Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams. ## Requirements * Bachelor's Degree (mandatory). * Preferred experience in E-commerce Order Management, Operations, Administration, or Reporting. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. * Comfortable working with websites and online software. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good understanding of automation and process improvement. * Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. * Strong accountability and ownership mindset. * Excellent spoken and written English. * Good communication skills in Tamil. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy. * Detail-oriented with a commitment to error-free work. ## Preferred Skills * Experience with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar e-commerce platforms. * Experience with ERP or Order Management Systems. * Knowledge of reporting, KPIs, and operational dashboards. * Familiarity with automation tools AI tools is an added advantage. ## What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: * Thinks ahead instead of waiting for instructions. * Is disciplined and follows systems and routines. * Learns technology quickly. * Takes complete ownership of their responsibilities. * Can identify problems, suggest solutions, and execute them. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional accuracy. **Expected Joining:** Immediate.
