Job description:
- Plan and organize travel itineraries tailored to client needs, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, activities, and tours.
- Flight ticket booking experience required.
- Coordinate and manage logistics by liaising with travel service providers, tour guides, and accommodation vendors.
- Handle client inquiries and provide comprehensive travel assistance before, during, and after trips.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and correspondence.
- Promote and sell travel packages, special offers, and additional services.
- Address travel issues quickly, offering solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and emerging destinations.
- Monitor feedback, customer satisfaction, and help build repeat business through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Experience in travel agencies or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in using travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.
