Core Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Consultation: Evaluate patient medical histories and current conditions to recommend the most suitable medication and dosage. [1, 2, 3]
- Medication Monitoring: Perform therapeutic drug monitoring, screen for drug interactions, and prevent adverse reactions. [1, 2]
- Healthcare Collaboration: Actively participate in ward rounds and collaborate with medical teams to design, adjust, and evaluate pharmaceutical care plans. [1, 2, 3]
- Patient Education: Counsel patients and their families on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and how to self-administer drugs correctly. [1, 2, 3]
- Drug Information & Policy: Provide expertise on emerging medications, establish medication safety guidelines, and reduce clinical errors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
